What do I need to get started?
An authorized NuORDER brand portal with API access, and your own subscription to a compatible AI assistant. We check your portal access and assistant setup during onboarding. NuORDER and AI assistant subscriptions are separate from this connector.
Does it work with ChatGPT and Claude?
Those are the first assistant configurations we are onboarding. The service uses MCP with authenticated remote access, but end-to-end ChatGPT and Claude testing is still in progress. We check your assistant configuration before activation.
Can it change anything in NuORDER?
No. The connector only exposes a fixed set of read operations for products, inventory, companies and orders. It cannot create, edit, submit, cancel or delete NuORDER records.
Will an answer include all my records?
Not always. Results are bounded, and the connector marks partial results and available next pages. A page count is never presented as an account total. Your assistant can request more pages where available; it is still worth reviewing the source records before making business decisions.
Is there a free trial?
A 14-day trial starting after a working connection is planned. It is not enabled yet. Early-access registration is free and does not start a subscription or charge you. We will confirm the onboarding and trial arrangements before activation.
Can my whole team use it?
This first release supports one account connected to one brand portal, with revocable assistant access. Shared team identities and multiple portals under one account are not included. We will use early customer feedback to shape team access.
What is included in the price?
The supported read tools, hosted connection, self-serve setup and routine product support. Optional assisted setup is A$199 for a session of up to one hour. Custom reports, cross-system synchronization and bespoke integrations are outside this offer. All prices are in Australian dollars, excluding GST where applicable.
Is this an official NuORDER product?
No. Kingfisher MCP is made by Kingfisher Systems. Our NuORDER connector is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by NuORDER or Lightspeed.

CONTACT US
We store your email, business, assistant and connector choice, including any requested platform, for follow-up for up to 90 days. Encrypted backup copies follow a 15-day expiry policy. Don’t include credentials or customer data. Use “Delete my request” in the browser that first saved your enquiry to withdraw it. Enquiries are also emailed to our team; deleting a saved request does not recall email already delivered.
